We take care for the quality of the used products as well as for the fresh preparation of the dishes. So, we prefer biologic products from the local farmsteads.

The most part of the fine prepared beef comes from the stock breeding of our own family farmstead located in S. Valentino. Our French high alpine cattle are kept naturally with a lot of outdoor movement.

Our cattle spend their summer time on the Alpe di Siusi near to the Faller Schwaige hut, enjoying the fresh alpine pasture.

The farmstead is situated not far from the hotel, in S. Valentino, in direction of the Alpe di Siusi.
On the Hof zu Fall there are 1 – 3 room holiday apartments.
