REMEMBER...
The mentioned prices are per person and day (with the exeption of the Suite Trostburg - price per suite and day) including the ¾ spoiling offer, all of the Hotel Castel included services, car park as well as all taxes and charges.
For the payment we accept cash payment, checks or credit cards (EC, Visa, Mastercard).
For bed and breakfast without dinner we accord a credit of 10 € per person/day (upon timely cancellation of the dinner).
For less than 3 overnight stays we calculate a surcharge of 15% per person and day.
Pets are only allowed in rooms with wood flooring (10 € per day without food).
We please for your comprehension for your pet is not accepted in the gastronomy and wellness area and in the garden.
On your arrival day the rooms are at your disposal at 2 p.m.
On the departure day we please you to leave the rooms until 11 a.m.
Later departure possible: until 6 p.m. 30,00 € per person.
Bathrobe changing: for stays under 7 days we charge 6 €.
All rooms have WiFi / Internet connection.
Free Shuttle Service with our minibus to the cableway and to the Golfclub Castelrotto.
By paying a surcharge we pick you up and carry you to the stations of Bolzano, Bressanone, Waidbruck etc. and to the airport of Innsbruck.

Terms and conditions
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free.
- From 8 to 4 weeks before the beginning of holiday we calculate 60% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation done less than 4 weeks before arrival we calculate the 80% of the total price.

In case of an earlier departure, the entire price of the booked period will be charged.
- We recommend an insurance of holiday withdrawal to find in our offer, too.
Discounts for children
For children until 5 years 50% discount
For children until 14 years 30% discount
Discounts for children are valid only from the third person in the room.
