Prices
Our prices are per person and day, including ¾ pampering board with gourmet breakfast, afternoon snack buffet with large tea corner and 5-course gourmet dinner as well as our Castel wellness inclusive services, parking space and taxes; with the exception of the Trostburg suite, which is the suite price per day.
Local tax
A local tax of €2.50 per person per night is levied for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price of the stay and can only be paid on site.
Payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by check or credit card (EC, Visa, Mastercard).
Pets
Pets are only allowed in rooms with wooden floors (€18 per day without food).
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the catering, wellness and garden areas. We ask you to bring your four-legged friend's sleeping basket with you. The pet owner is liable for any damage to the facility.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy by 2 p.m. at the latest, check out is possible until 11 a.m.
A late departure is possible on request: until 6 p.m. €35 per person.
Wellness area
Our sauna and wellness area is available to our guests free of charge.
Children up to 14 years of age are not permitted to enter the sauna area and the associated relaxation rooms.
Change of bathrobe: for stays of less than 7 days we charge €3.
Transfer-Service
For a surcharge, we would be happy to organize a taxi service from / to the surrounding train stations in Bolzano, Bressanone, Ponte Gardena etc. and Innsbruck Airport.

Children in the Hotel Castel Oswald von Wolkenstein
Basically, the Hotel Castel places great emphasis on rest and relaxation. Please understand that we can welcome up to 5 children at the same time.
- Children up to their 5th birthday receive a 50% discount
- Children up to their 14th birthday receive a 30% discount
- We grant the child discount from the third person in the room
There is no animation program for children. Families can use the children's playroom and the children's playground next to the hotel. For older children and family fun, there is also a table football and ping-pong table.
General cancellation policy
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival
- 4 to 2 weeks before departure you will be charged 60%
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, you will be charged 80%
- We also calculate the room price in the event of late arrival and early departure
- We will be happy to send you information on travel cancellation insurance on request
