Already last summer we were able to give our guests wonderful vacation days in compliance with all necessary Covid19 measures. Once again, our guests could feel comfortable and relaxed. Even iin this summer, CASTEL guests can relax completely and calmly. This includes the good and safe feeling of being able to move around carefree in all areas of the hotel. Cleanliness, spacious areas and tranquility are our strengths. With a lot of security and commitment on our part, we contribute to a calming holiday. Your health is important to us!

Feel safe and free
With our spacious rooms, we offer our guests plenty of space for their vacation. There is a distance of 1 meter to other people throughout the hotel. Disinfectant gels are available in all hotel areas. Our dear employees are highly sensitized and wear mouth and nose protection. All rooms in the house are cleaned and disinfected under regular controls.
Your room
It will be thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. All surfaces that are frequently touched, such as wall surfaces, doors, windows, toilets and sanitary areas, are cleaned with special care. All cleaning cloths are only used once and then washed at 90 ° C. Room ventilation is guaranteed during cleaning.
Breakfast, afternoon snack, dinner
Just enjoy - the employees are instructed to disinfect the tables in the bar area after every guest change. It goes without saying that all of our service employees wear mouth and nose protection. In the restaurant, the risk of infection is minimized by the tables that are assigned to our guests. At the buffet area, our guests also wear mouth and nose protection.
Wellness – SPA
All of our facilities will be open to you. Pools and saunas are all regularly accessible because the virus is not resistant to chlorine and high temperatures. For security reasons, we currently ask our guests to mainly use the showers in their own rooms. The range of beauty and massage treatments will depend on the measures relating to Covid-19. Of course, disinfectant gels are available in the wellness and spa area.
